Lighting management from Ex-Or has been specified for the headquarters of the Spinal Injuries Association in Milton Keynes. The company's products were specified to ensure energy would be wasted and that optimum levels of light will be delivered automatically. A direct/indirect system of suspended luminaries located in parallel channel systems was selected with each luminaire containing an Ex-Or MLS sensor to provide the presence and daylight regulating control required. The elimination of light switches for staff using wheelchairs was beneficial as the lighting will automatically illuminate the rooms and will regulate to the optimum level.
