Sportspanel, the ceiling panel from Hodgson & Hodgson has achieved the highest rating for impact resistance in a recent test, confirming its robust construction. The product is designed to absorb high levels of reverberant noise. Primarily fixed to the underside of a roof, its front face can withstand impace from sports equipment such as basketballs, making it ideal for use in sports centres. It can also be installed into a conventional suspended ceiling grid system. Manufactured from high density mineral wool, Sportspanel achieved Class 1A when tested for impact resistance.
