Hall in Hull
Refurbishment at City Hall in Hull has included the application of Heritage colours from Dulux Trade. The company provided two colour schemes, to complement existing fixtures and fittings, along with the durable Diamond Matt finish. A combination of white, metallic gold and Spanish Brown were specified for the main auditorium, with complementary William Morris wallcoverings in other areas.

Part of a large scale maintenance programme, the Progress Housing Group is protecting its housing stock with products from the Dulux Trade Weathershield range.
The company's Weathershield All Seasons Masonry paint, Opaque Advanced Protection, and the Weathershield Exterior Gloss were all used to protect the exterior masonry and woodwork of the housing block.
The products were specified to provide long term protection with quick drying and shower resistant properties. All Seasons masonry paint is shower resistant within 15 minutes and Opaque AP has a six year high performance finish against peeling and flaking. Queens Park Rangers' Loftus Road stadium is being defended from the elements by Dulux Trade Metalshield following the redecoration of the Ellerslie Road Stand.
The seven week project to repaint the roof's steel structure followed the failure, over time, of the previous gloss coating. Employing 'barrier technology' to lock out air and moisture, Metalshield has been developed to extend protection and therefore increase maintenance cycles.
According to Dulux Trade, due to its fast drying times, the three-coat system could be completed in just over one working day. This made savings for QPR as the cost of hiring scaffolding was reduced by the job being completed quickly.

Designed to be shower resistant in 30 minutes, Dulux Trade has introduced its Weathershield Smooth masonry paint. It is an exterior quality emulsion paint based on an acrylic resin, available in brilliant white and magnolia.
