In partnership with Bodycote warringtonfire, Jeld-Wen has invested in a new centre which will provide environmental and mechanical testing as well as being home to its European research and development centre. The UKAS-accredited centre, based in Sheffield, will be staffed and managed by Bodycote warringtonfire and will undertake a variety of British and European standard fitness for purpose tests for UK door and window manufacturers. This will include security, weather performance, product stability performance and thermal insulation.
