West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative have completed a refurbishment project of 72 dwellings using Keim Mineral Paints to eliminate mould and algae on the exterior facades. The mineral paints form a microcrystalline bond with the substrate and can withstand severe weather conditions and the ingress of driving rain. Environmental credentials are provided as the paints are water-based, solvent free and non-allergenic.
