Home was built in a day
Used to build 15 homes for the Orkney Housing Association, the Kingspan Century TEK Building System has allowed the construcion to be completed with just one day on-site.
Constructed off-site in pods, the system provides airtightness and a u-value of 0.20W/m?K. An exhaust air heat pump and rainwater harvesting system are also provided with 110mm of rigid urethane insulation sandwiched between two sheets of OSB.
