Aquapanel cement board is an extremely durable tile backer providing a solid substrate for wet indoor areas such as bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms. Resistant to mould and mildew, Aquapanel will not deteriorate in water. It retains its strength even if fully immersed.
A purpose designed tile backing board, Aquapanel solves the problems experienced when traditional backing materials get wet. So no more costly call backs to replace rotten or damaged boards. Formulated for general maintenance and repair jobs, Patchwall 45 is a gypsum-based one-coat patching plaster from Knauf Drywall. Available in 10kg bags, the dry plaster is mixed with water, and it sets in just 45min.. Users mix just enough for the job in hand, reducing wastage. Once mixed, the plaster remains workable for most of the 45min. setting time. Easy to apply, it can be used on surfaces such as plasterboard and fully-cured sand and cement renders, as well as existing plaster, to give a smooth white finish ready for decoration.
