Providing waterproof protection for the public walkway across Baitings Dam in Halifax is a Flexideck Xeros System from Liquid Plastics. The product consists of an elastomeric base coat, an aggregate bond and a tough, durable top coat. A reinforced concrete deck allows water penetration into the plant rooms below. Because the walkway is open to the public, the waterproofing system also needed to be aesthetically pleasing and provide slip resistance with a skid inhibiting agent.

Gwynedd Council in North Wales has refurbished the roof of a theatre using a cold applied and seamless Inverted Roof System from Liquid Plastics. It consists of a Decothane waterproofing membrane, inverted roof board insulation, a filtration layer, topped with ballast and pavers for a trafficable surface. It is liquid applied to be seamless.
