Bury College has had its floors replaced with wood effect vinyl plank from the Polyflor Expona art & design collection. Dark natural effect plank has been installed by Manchester flooring contractor Barratt & Hughes in the beauty therapy salon, with a lighter shade featured in the art room. The Expona art & design collection includes 101 wood effect, stone effect and art and design colourways featuring textured and embossed finishes for an authentic look and feel. A range of classic motifs, decorative borders, inlays and feature strips are also available as well as a bespoke service. Offered in a variety of tile and plank sizes in 3mm gauge with a 0.7mm wear layer, the collection is a heavy commercial range with a minimum wear life of ten years. It features a polyurethane surface treatment which improves the soil resistance and aids the cleaning

This vinyl, and its sister product Polysafe Design, both feature the Supratec soil-releasing polymer which makes them easy to clean.
