An 'ingenious' fixing which allows PVC-U window and door frames to be fastenced to brick and blockwork and then adjusted for a better quality installation has been introduced by SFS intec. The patented SPTR-C system is said to be simple to install requiring an 8mm bore hole through the frame followed by an 8mm drill into the substrate for the plug. Fasteners are supplied with the plug.
