Bereco Launches New Budget Pricing Portal to Support Early-Stage Project Planning

Bereco has launched a new Budget Pricing Portal aimed at helping developers, architects and specifiers make informed decisions earlier in the project lifecycle.

As small and medium-sized housebuilders, developers, architects and specifiers continue to face rising costs, tighter margins and increased pressure on programmes, early-stage clarity around specification and budgets has become increasingly important. Yet at concept and feasibility stage, reliable pricing information can often be difficult to obtain quickly.

Bereco’s new Budget Pricing Portal has been developed in response to this challenge. The online tool allows users to generate quick, indicative budget pricing for timber windows and doors, supporting early feasibility checks, tender planning and material comparison before full technical detail is available. All pricing is clearly positioned as indicative and supply-only, with customers able to progress to a fully detailed quotation once project requirements are confirmed.

By providing clear, upfront budget guidance, the portal is designed to remove friction from the earliest stages of the specification process and help customers establish realistic initial budgets for a project.
