Insight Data invests £500,000 and expands team to support construction sector growth

Insight Data, construction intelligence specialist, has announced seven new roles following a £500,000 investment.

Ahead of the product launches, Insight Data has announced a series of strategic appointments, starting with Michelle Ireland who is stepping into a new role of Data Analyst after more than eight years of being in the Insight research team.

Courtney Hewett and Ross Brock, both experienced members of the Insight team, move into roles to support customer growth, while Rob Sheppard moves into a technical support role.

In recent months, the Insight software team has doubled to six developers, including two recent appointments in AI and marketing automation. A new out-bound hybrid call centre is also being created, using both AI Agents and experienced telesales staff, to support growth.
