BESA and ForrestBrown expand partnership
After delivering over £12m for BESA members via the government’s R&D tax credits, ForrestBrown becomes BESA’s official R&D partner.
Since 1904, The Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) has helped its members remain at the forefront of the sector. And now with its latest partnership, the body will ensure its members forge ahead in this century as well.
BESA recently appointed ForrestBrown, the UK’s leading R&D tax credit specialist, as a corporate partner. By joining the BESA family as their dedicated R&D partner, ForrestBrown will offer an exclusive 5% discount from their standard fee to all members.
Alex Price CTA, director at ForrestBrown: “Our relationship with BESA began in 2019 when I spoke at their annual conference about the little-known funding awaiting members via R&D tax credits.”
This year has seen its share of challenges, with the pandemic enforced lockdown leading to tight cashflow and project delays. Whatever still lays ahead, R&D tax credits can help manage all of this uncertainty.
The incentive is a quick, debt-free source of cash and claiming – when using a specialist adviser like ForrestBrown – requires a minimal time investment to benefit.
Alex Price CTA, director at ForrestBrown: “BESA’s official partnership with ForrestBrown makes claiming R&D tax credits faster, safer and more valuable than ever for BESA members. With 2021 around the corner and much uncertainty still ahead, our partnership with BESA could not be any more timely.”
Jason Hemingway, membership director at BESA said of the partnership, “We are always looking for new ways to support our growing membership, with uncertainty ahead in the economy, any additional cash flow could be a real boon for contractors in our sector.”
