Team changes strengthen leading UK bi-fold door manufacturer

Leading UK bi-fold door manufacturer Debar has announced two management changes that will help to strengthen and expand its operations.

Jim Lomax who has joined the team as Sales and Marketing Director brings 30 years’ experience from within the complex electronics and software industry. Whereas Neil Tordoff has received an internal promotion from New Business Account Executive to Technical Sales Manager for the South West.

The promotions come at a time when the Bradford-based company continues to build on its reputation for the highest possible levels of build quality, service, advice and guidance around any bi-fold door requirements.

As Sales and Marketing director, Jim will be responsible for raising Debar’s profile in both home and international markets while also ensuring that training and knowledge across sales and marketing is of the highest quality.

Neil’s remit will be to cultivate the South West customer base by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service as well as staying ahead of industry trends to support both the company and its clients.

At Debar, customer focus is vital so Neil will be making sure all customer needs are met and their own knowledge is developed so they can successfully engage with new and existing bi-fold products effectively.
