Rehau brings pipework solutions to Belfast trade fair

Rehau is exhibiting at the Build Electrical Plumbing Expo in Belfast from 12-13 September 2018, to showcase its pipework solutions to customers in Northern Ireland.

The two-day trade-only exhibition – known as BEPEX – is being held at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in the city and brings together a diverse range of exhibitors offering solutions for domestic, commercial, new-build and upgrade projects. With three major trade events under one roof, it’s a must-attend event for anyone involved in construction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical sectors in Norther Ireland.

Rehau will be located on Stand 44 at BEPEX and will be showcasing its latest innovations in pipework. This includes the Rautitan, a new universal pipework solution designed specifically for drinking water and heating systems. The product has been available in Europe for several years now and was also launched in the United Kingdom at the end of last year.

The Rautitan PE-Xa pipework system delivers on durability, corrosion-resistance and ease of installation. Rautitan Flex and Stabil (aluminium layer) options are available for pipes between 16 and 63mm, offering installers, contractors and specifiers a solution for virtually every application.

Alongside the Rautitan on stand will be Rehau’s two pre-insulated pipe ranges – Rauthermex and Rauvitherm, which are PE-Xa pipes suitable for district heating, biomass, biogas and heat pump applications.

Rauvitherm is currently the only PE-Xa district heating pipe manufactured in the UK. Rauthermex is suited to a variety of low carbon heat installations and features PU foam, which makes it ideal for large district heating installations over long distances where minimising heat losses is critical.

Rory Grogan, area sales manager at Rehau, said: “This year’s BEPEX is set to be the biggest yet and we are really looking forward to it. Customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that we are there at the big expos to meet with our existing customers and also forge relationships with new ones. Websites are great to introduce people to what we do but it’s not the same as getting our products into people’s hands, so they can feel the quality of it and visualise whether or not it’s right for their next project.”

The Rehau team will be on Stand 44 at the BEPEX show from 12-13 September at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast.
