The equator pipe and fittings are manufactured from high grade engineering plastic, cross linked polyethylene and used for hot and cold central heating systems across domestic and commercial buildings. A grip release mechanism enables fittings to be taken apart using a demounting tool, ensuring a reusable and adaptable fitting. Available in sizes from 10mm to 28mm, the Equator range also includes a variety of manifolds in two, three and four port options, with and without control values. The principle of the manifold is simple: to provide a central point for all plumbed in facilities and radiators, either by floor or in one location. This ensures that individual pipe runs can be isolated for extension or maintenance.

Black Alutec Aligator Deepflow gutters were installed throughout the 220 residential properties, whilst Aligator Giant gutters have been specified for the retail and commercial units. The 120mm and 75mm snap fit gutters are said to offer a smooth, inconspicuous shape against the roof edge, while Giant is a trapezoidal shape guttering measuring 200mm x 150mm, purposely designed for large roofs and designed to deal with up to 10 litres of drainage a second. Manufactured from aluminium, Alutec is lighter than cast iron, and stronger than lead. For the eco-conscious, aluminium is infinitely recyclable; and the product is available with a durable polyester powder coating, which can last for more than 40 years.

The Life4 range is said to have stable colour retention of up to four times longer than standard PVCu systems.
